Waina is an AI-native platform that enables users to instantly create intelligent, adaptive websites using their existing content or CMS connections (the “Service”). Waina does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, racial/ethnic, or financial information) unless you submit it yourself. The Service is not designed for or directed to children under the applicable minimum age (see Section 8).

  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and related data.
